Responsibilities

• Manage material requests from sourcing to delivery and communicate delays.
• Keep shop organized, stocked, and compliant with inventory controls.
• Maintain van stock levels and organize equipment to company standards.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and vehicle readiness.
• Prepare new field hires with welcome kit, tools, and assets to go live.
• Provide iPad/field-technology support and troubleshoot common issues.
• Ensure the field has what it needs to serve customers and reduce downtime.
