Qualifications

• Proven experience in a field debt recovery or collections role.
• Strong knowledge of effective field recovery, negotiation techniques, and loan default processes.
• History of meeting or exceeding recovery targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience operating within field-based, on-site coverage areas.

Responsibilities

• Field Recovery & On-Site Engagement: Visit defaulting borrowers at their locations.
• Negotiation & Repayment Support: Engage customers to facilitate repayments.
• Collateral & Asset Recovery: Recover collateral per approved procedures.
• Reporting & Escalations: Submit daily reports and escalate unresolved cases.
• Compliance & Professionalism: Maintain regulatory compliance and ethics.
