Danos is seeking a Lease Operator to oversee oil and gas well operations and field equipment at sites in California. The role includes daily monitoring, equipment testing, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities span well testing, data maintenance, and regulatory paperwork, with emphasis on safe practices and environmental procedures to maximize earnings while minimizing costs. Requires 1+ year experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1+ yrs. Lease Operator experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Must meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, agility and fitness checks.
• Physical ability to lift 40 lbs. and wear personal protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate oil and gas wells.
• Test, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment.
• Perform required safety and regulatory paperwork.
• Maintain field equipment and databases.
• Daily field site monitoring by vehicle.
