Job summary

American Leak Detection is seeking a motivated Leak Detection Technician in Grants Pass, Oregon. You will perform electronic leak detection on residential and commercial properties, pools, and spas, diagnose concealed leaks, and communicate clearly with customers and management.

Qualifications

Live in Grants Pass area and able to travel as needed.
Rewarded for intuitive, hardworking, fast and detail‑oriented work.
Plumbing, mechanical, electronics or construction background is a plus.
Deliver excellent customer service consistently.
Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Driver’s license with clean driving record.
Ability to write concise reports describing leak issues.
Self-motivated, organized and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Leak detection on interior and exterior residential & commercial properties, pools and spas.
Diagnose causes and origins of concealed leaks and water intrusion.
Communicate with management, colleagues, and customers.
Work outdoors away from the office; perform physical tasks.
Master underground line tracking using video, ultrasonic and infrared tech.
