Job summary

Well & Good in Sedona, AZ is seeking a Local Field Leader/Inspector to support cleaning crews and inspect vacation rental properties. You will prep daily workflows, visit properties, and be the eyes and ears on the ground to ensure everything is in tip-top shape, properly stocked, and ready for guests.

You will work with leadership, receive training, and have ongoing support for growth. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, with in-field operations daily from 9 AM to 4 PM.

Qualifications

Ability to learn to navigate our in-field applications via smartphone.
Access to reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.
Willingness to undergo a simple background check.

Responsibilities

Coordinate onboarding of homes with Corporate Support and local vendors.
Assign and monitor daily work orders to ensure completion by the right party.
Set and educate teams on cleanliness and brand standards.
Oversee on-site inventory, storage, access, and ordering of supplies.
Manage off-site laundering and daily linen distribution; establish local laundering subset.
Inspect homes per QA framework and report results to leadership for cleaner ratings.
Complete turnover work orders as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
