Job summary

Heroes Lawn Care Southeast Houston in Alvin, TX seeks a Senior Irrigation & Drainage Specialist to lead hands-on installations, troubleshoot systems, and mentor a growing crew. You will work on site daily, delivering master-level craftsmanship while building your own team.

The role requires 5–7 years of field irrigation and drainage experience, a valid Texas driver’s license and preferred TCEQ LI/IT licenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5–7 years of hands-on field experience in irrigation installation, repair, and drainage systems.
• Strong landscaping knowledge is a plus and helps in integration with turf and plants.
• Lead-by-example attitude with high energy and customer obsession.

Responsibilities

• Lead your crew on job sites, install and repair irrigation and drainage systems.
• Plan and execute efficient field routing to control labor costs.
• Estimate materials and manage stock on the truck to minimize waste.
• Identify opportunities for profitable upsells and upgrades on-site.
• Maintain tools and CRM notes for daily field data and client records.
• Mentor and interview junior technicians as the team grows.
