Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Field Leader to oversee multiple restaurant locations and partner with managers to drive strong operations and guest satisfaction. You will mentor teams, implement company standards, and lead initiatives that support Cultivating A Better World.

You will work with a team that values people-first leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to responsible sourcing and community impact.

Qualifications

• P&L management knowledge and experience.
• Strong focus on food safety and quality standards.
• Experience with sales forecasting and staffing planning.
• Proven ability to develop and lead teams.
