Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking Field Leaders to oversee multiple restaurant locations, partnering with managers to drive strong operations and guest satisfaction. You will lead teams, uphold food safety standards, and focus on development and performance across units.

The role emphasizes people development, operational excellence, and scalable leadership within a fast-growing restaurant group.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $83,000.00–$117,500.00. You are also eligible for quarterly cash bonuses and annual equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
