Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking Field Leaders to oversee multiple restaurant locations and drive operational excellence. You’ll partner with restaurant managers to deliver a great guest experience and ensure consistent food safety and quality across sites.

• Ability to foster and ensure a food safety first culture

• The ability to train and validate employees on key operational elements
• A team player who can jump in and assist when needed
• Previous multi-unit restaurant experience
• The ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $75,000.00-$106,500.00. You are also eligible for quarterly cash bonuses and annual equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
