Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Field Leader to oversee multiple restaurant locations and drive high-performing operations across the portfolio. You will partner with restaurant managers to optimize performance, guest experience, and consistency across sites.

Ideal candidates bring multi-unit leadership experience, strong P&L and forecasting skills, and a passion for food safety. The role emphasizes team development, coaching, and maintaining a guest-first culture.
