Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking Field Leaders to oversee multiple restaurant locations in Pennsylvania. You will partner with restaurant managers to drive strong operations, guest experience, and sustainable growth across a cluster of sites.

Immerse in a values‑driven culture with hands‑on involvement in P&L management, food safety, staffing, and development. You’ll train teams, uphold food safety, and coach leaders to deliver exceptional guest service.
