Job summary

American Cementing LLC is a field operations leader in cementing services based in the United States. The Field Leader I-III serves as an operational lead and technical resource for field personnel, guiding Operators in Training and Operators II–IV while ensuring safe, efficient field operations per company procedures and industry standards.

Based in Texas with Dallas/ODESSA location considerations, the role requires a Class A CDL and strong leadership, plus ability to travel on a rotational

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A CDL with tanker and/or hazmat endorsements preferred.
• Able to pass DOT physical, drug screen, background check, and MVR.
• Minimum 3 years of oilfield services experience.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Familiarity with MSDS, TDG, and proper PPE usage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel and rotate schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Supervisors to ensure timely job site readiness.
• Assist in pre-job safety meetings and procedural execution.
• Direct and assist crew with rig-in/rig-out and setup.
• Provide ongoing technical support and monitor safety.
• Communicate with customer representatives to maintain client relationships.
• Review and approve field documentation.
• Operate heavy-duty equipment and perform inspections.
• Exercise stop work authority when unsafe conditions exist.
• Travel as required and support other duties.
