Job summary

SP Global DRT in Georgia seeks a Lead Technician to guide field crews, perform production work, and ensure safety and quality on each project. The role includes driving between job sites and coordinating materials and personnel for efficient job flow.

The candidate will provide hands-on leadership, review documentation, and communicate with customers and supervisors to maintain smooth operations. Weekend/on-call may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain licensure to drive; valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to guide a field crew.
• Willingness to travel locally and between job sites as needed.
• Ability to work in person and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crew on job sites and ensure work follows the scope and safety rules.
• Drive company vehicles to and between job sites regularly.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and personnel for each project.
• Perform mitigation/restoration activities and supervise completion of tasks.
• Provide real-time feedback and ensure documentation is accurate.
