Job summary

AllClear Underground Solutions is seeking a Water Meter Foreman to lead residential meter replacement crews in the Infrastructure Rehabilitation team. You will supervise field crews, coordinate tools and materials, and ensure adherence to manufacturer specifications and company procedures.

The role requires ensuring safety, accuracy of readings and documentation, and providing professional customer service while driving productivity on projects ranging from 5/8 inch to 1 inch meters.

Qualifications

Experience in watermeter installation or related field.
Previous field crew leadership preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
Familiarity with AMI or AMR meters preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead daily crew operations and coordinate routes/work orders.
Supervise removal and installation of residential meters per specs.
Verify meter alignment and leak/pressure checks before restoring service.
Inspect work for quality, documentation, and safety compliance.
Train crew on procedures, tools, and customer service.
