Job summary

RQ Construction LLC seeks an experienced Underground Utilities Foreman for Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. You will supervise crews performing storm water, site sanitary, and water utility work, ensuring safety, quality, and alignment with the project budget and schedule.

A strong background in utilities and field supervision is essential. The role requires high school diploma or GED, 5+ years foreman experience, and Spanish-English bilingual abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College courses in construction management, engineering, etc. preferred.
• Five+ years foreman experience on medium/large projects; utilities installation experience required.
• Three+ years in underground utility industry desirable; government/military construction preferred.
• Computer literacy; Primavera/Oracle/BIM/Revit preferred. Training can be provided.
• CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour, EM-385, and STS certifications required; bilingual in Spanish/English desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate construction crews for storm water, sanitary, and water utility work.
• Ensure work meets specifications, schedule, and quality standards.
• Promote safety practices on site per company and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in scheduling, workflow planning, and material coordination.
• Collaborate with project managers and field leaders to resolve challenges and progress.
• Utilize equipment safely and ensure proper operation.
