ActionLink is seeking a hands-on Technician Team Leader in GA-East Point to lead retail installations, merchandising projects, and display builds. You will direct onsite teams, ensure quality and safety, and communicate progress to clients.

The role offers full-time hours, travel as needed, and opportunities for growth within ActionLink Operations. A strong background in merchandising or fixture installs is preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience to coordinate and motivate teams.
• Experience in retail merchandising, fixture installation, or displays.
• Ability to interpret planograms and installation guides.
• Professionalism, accountability, and high-quality execution.
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete project reporting.
• Reliable smartphone and access to a laptop.
