Job summary

LaBar Golf is seeking a Project Superintendent Level II to lead on-site construction, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate labor, equipment, and logistics for a single project.

You will partner with project managers, supervise crews and subs, and maintain schedules with daily field meetings. Requires 5–10 years of golf course construction experience, strong leadership, and willingness to travel up to 90% across the US.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in golf course construction (earthwork, irrigation, bunkers, drainage, shaping, greens, tees, grassing).
• Strong field leadership with good judgment and problem-solving under pressure.
• Proven ability to enforce safety standards and maintain disciplined site operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations and ensure safety compliance.
• Manage on-site staff and subcontractor crews, set clear expectations.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on schedules, budgets, and reporting.
• Conduct daily site meetings and trainings to set production goals and safety priorities.
• Oversee equipment usage and material management; track progress and issues.
