ServiceSource is seeking a Field Lead to supervise participants in employment programs, ensuring safety, training, and site logistics. The role collaborates with Supervisory Field Lead, Directors, Case Managers, and Employment Specialists to coordinate transportation, meals, and equipment.
The position involves providing trauma‑informed coaching, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance. A valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and strong communication are required
Make an impact by joining ServiceSource, a champion for people with disabilities. Salary/Hourly Rate: $25.00. This position will provide direct field supervision for individuals experiencing disability, justice involvement, poverty, and/or homelessness enrolled in our employment programs. The Field Lead oversees all job site activities and ensures that participant workers are trained appropriately for their site (e.g., personal safety, use of equipment, body mechanics, PPE, reporting of accidents/injuries, etc.). The role also manages site logistics such as transportation, food, and equipment and maintains close contact with the Supervisory Field Lead & Director of DayWorks, Case Managers, and Employment Specialists for coordination.
The employee is regularly required to sit and use hands, talk or hear; occasionally stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions. Noise level is usually moderate.
