Job summary

APTIM is seeking an LDAR Technician to perform leak detection and repair (LDAR) on assigned project sites in Texas. The role involves data collection, calibration of analyzers, routine maintenance, and quarterly certification of equipment.

You will coordinate field activities, maintain monitoring schedules, and ensure accurate record keeping for compliance. Applicants must be able to lift up to 60 pounds, work in hot or cold conditions, climb towers up to 100 ft, and pass a pre-employment

Qualifications

• Must lift up to 60 pounds and work in adverse weather conditions.
• Must be able to climb towers 100 ft+ and stairs up to ten flights.
• Must pass pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to work long hours on field sites and handle portable monitoring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform LDAR policies and procedures on assigned project sites.
• Daily analyzer calibration.
• Routine repair and maintenance of analyzers.
• Quarterly certification of analyzers.
• Coordinate LDAR field activities with LDAR contract technicians.
• Maintain and complete monitoring schedules.
• Repair leaking components.
• Generate work requests and track repairs.
• Maintain records of monitoring and repairs.
• Identify LDAR components and perform applicability reviews.
