Qualifications

• 5+ years of field engineering, surveying, and layout experience on large projects.
• Some experience with self-perform concrete is required.
• Projects over $1 million in Commercial/Industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain permanent control for line and grade portions.
• Apply Total Station/Robotic Total Station and Theodolite techniques.
• Use surveying software to process and verify data.
• Review drawings for dimensions and accuracy before execution.
• Ensure quality, identify discrepancies, and support project scheduling.
• Collaborate with the lead to sequence and complete layouts on time.
• Provide layout information to the project team for seamless work.
• Maintain clear communication with site and field personnel.
• Support continuous improvements in measurement accuracy.
