Job Title: Field Layout Carpenter - Milwaukee, WI

Join Heico Holding Inc as a Field Layout Carpenter in Milwaukee, WI. This is a full-time, onsite position.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced field layout carpenter to support our concrete construction projects. The role involves reviewing project documents, understanding site survey objectives, and participating in basic layout and field engineering activities.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Review project documents and understand site survey objectives.
2. Establish control lines from control points and layout foundations.
3. Layout vertical formwork such as columns and walls, decks, and deck edges.
4. Establish elevation control points and layout required embeds and block-outs.
5. Assist in surveying activities and provide clerical support and documentation.
6. Maintain proper usage and storage of surveying equipment.
7. Work during inclement weather and adapt to construction site conditions.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in field engineering/layout.
• Good communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal).
• Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
• Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
