Job summary

ADCCO Paving Contractors in Middle Tennessee is seeking a Field Laborer to support paving, base, and patch crews on roads, parking lots, and commercial sites. You will handle material tasks, site preparation, cleanup, and assist with equipment and safety compliance in outdoor environments.

The role emphasizes reliability, ability to work in varying weather, and a willingness to learn from experienced crew leads. Construction experience is preferred and a pre-employment drug test is required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in asphalt paving, construction, or outdoor labor preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding outdoor environment.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing repetitive manual tasks.
• Willingness to work extended hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Support daily field operations for paving, base, or patch crews, contributing to safe, efficient production.
• Perform hands-on labor tasks such as shoveling, raking, lute work, sweeping, and site clean-up.
• Assist with placement, movement, and handling of materials, tools, and equipment.
