Job summary

Exact Stormwater Management is seeking a Field Laborer in the United States. You will work with a team to safely complete projects, operating hand and power tools, and performing physical labor across varying weather conditions.

Occasional overnight travel may be required as part of project work. We offer internal growth, education and training support, health, vision and dental insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and PTO/paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Knowledge of construction, landscaping, or BMP maintenance and inspection is required.
• Experience operating construction equipment such as skid steer or excavator is beneficial.

Field Laborer

Job Duties:

• Work as a team to safely achieve profitable job completion
• Operate various hand tools and power tools
• Perform a variety of physical labor activities
• Promotes a safe and positive work environment
• Occasional overnight travel

Physical Requirements

• Work in all types of adverse weather
• Must have sufficient physical stamina to perform construction type work such as lifting and carrying approximately 90 pounds, bending, stooping, climbing in and around construction equipment for 8-12 hour shifts

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Satisfactory criminal background check for job access
• Knowledge of construction, landscaping or BMP maintenance and inspection
• Experience operating construction equipment i.e. skid steer or excavator
