Responsibilities

• Assisting with research projects related to ticks and wildlife including rodent trapping and tick dragging.
• Environmental assessments, equine tick control studies, deer and tick control studies.
• Laboratory studies involving mice and voles.
• Early mornings and long days during trapping rounds; possible work in thick vegetation, sun, rain and uneven terrain.
• Data entry, camera trap evaluation, cleaning and restocking supplies as needed.
