Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled, driven technicians to support our growing national client base. This field role goes beyond desk work, including OS installations, cabling, and telecom tasks across varied sites. You will travel within a defined territory, work on-site, and be on-call to respond to service requests.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of IT or Telecom experience.
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Must have a standard set of IT and networking tools.
• Laptop with Ethernet port and a smartphone with hotspot.
• Willingness to be on-call 24/7 is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Do structured cabling including drilling, running, and dressing cables.
• Handle telecom work like punch-downs and demarc extensions.
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and respond to service requests within territory.
