HARDY INDUSTRIES is seeking a skilled I.T. or Telecom technician in Post Falls, Idaho. This unique role extends beyond regular helpdesk tasks, requiring technical expertise in installations, structured cabling, and telecom work across retail, medical, and corporate environments. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience or certifications, a reliable vehicle, and be available for on-call tasks. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience.
• A+ Certification or Network+ Certification or 5+ years of verifiable field experience in I.T./Telecom.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of technical tasks: OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Conduct structured cabling including drilling, running, and dressing cables.
• Execute Telecom work such as punch-downs and demarc extensions.
• Work independently across various environments including retail and corporate.
• Be on call to respond to service requests within your territory.
