Job summary

Nabors is seeking an IT Field Support Technician to provide hands-on IT support for Nabors operations and field personnel across regions. You will install, maintain, and service network devices, computers, IP cameras, and wireless systems on Nabors sites, with on-site field presence and regular travel.

The role requires strong network troubleshooting, effective communication, and the ability to work independently in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; IT studies or experience preferred.
• Knowledge of network systems support and troubleshooting.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 on-call IT support to offices and field locations.
• Install, maintain, and support Nabors IT equipment on rigs and field sites.
• Monitor network hardware and wireless systems; report issues proactively.
• Maintain inventory and track support requests in the ticketing system.
