Ethos Risk Services seeks an Experienced Field Investigator to conduct surveillance and investigate potential fraudulent insurance claims. You will perform stationary and mobile surveillance, gather video and photographic evidence, and prepare thorough reports for clients.

Required skills include covert surveillance, video capture, and producible, court-ready documentation. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and access to necessary equipment are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in covert surveillance techniques and producing thorough investigative reports.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Own a reliable vehicle (preferably with tinted windows).
• Access to a handheld camcorder with zoom and covert capabilities; stabilization gear encouraged.
• Reliable laptop, cell phone and internet for field tasks.
• Active Private Investigator license or willingness to obtain one where required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for surveillance by reviewing case information.
• Perform field surveillance from vehicle and capture high-quality video evidence.
• Draft detailed, court-ready investigative reports summarizing activity and findings.
• Finalize case files by submitting reports and uploading footage daily.
• Coordinate with field supervisor and operations teams for guidance.
