Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is seeking an Experienced Field Investigator to conduct surveillance and identify potential fraudulent insurance claims. The role involves stationary and mobile surveillance, obtaining video and photographic evidence, and preparing detailed client reports.

Responsibilities include case preparation, field surveillance, report writing, documentation, and ongoing communication with supervisors.

Qualifications

• Proven covert surveillance techniques and ability to capture high-quality video.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Reliable personal vehicle (preferably tinted windows).
• Handheld camcorder with zoom and covert camera device; stabilization gear encouraged.
• Reliable laptop, cell phone, and internet for updates and admin tasks.
• Active Private Investigator license or willingness to obtain one where required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for surveillance by reviewing case information.
• Conduct field surveillance from vehicle and capture video evidence.
• Draft detailed, court-ready investigative reports.
• Finalize case files and upload footage and reports daily.
• Communicate with field supervisor and operations teams for guidance.
