Job summary

Implicit Good Inc. is seeking an Investigator to conduct on-the-ground information collection in support of our cases. The role involves interviews, documentation, and feeding timely data into our case management system, with a remote home office setup and substantial field work.

Expect 60–75% travel across assigned US locations, including nights and weekends. You will work independently, adapt quickly, and liaise with customers and partners to ensure secure, accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant field experience.
• Strong report-writing and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to operate technologies, databases, and equipment.
• Capable of detailed notes and image capture.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and work irregular hours.
• Capable of long observation periods while seated or standing.
• Valid driver’s license and U.S. Citizenship.
• High school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Conduct information collection on cases.
• Document findings using reporting format and system.
• Collaborate with analysts to build case profiles and reports.
• Liaise with customers during field investigations.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and secure reporting into the case management system.
• Participate in briefings, debriefings, and training to refine methods.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting.
• Coordinate with team, customers, and partners per protocols.
