Job summary

Implicit Good Inc. is seeking an Investigator to perform on-the-ground information collection in support of case work. This full-time role includes remote home-office arrangements with 60–75% field travel, requiring independent work and discretion.

You will conduct interviews, document activity, and feed timely information into our case management system, collaborating with analysts to build comprehensive profiles while maintaining secure reporting standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant investigative experience.
• Strong report-writing and multi-stakeholder communication.
• Ability to operate technologies, databases, and field equipment.
• Skilled at capturing detailed notes and images.
• Independent, adaptable, and capable under high stress.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and work nights/weekends when needed.
• Able to sit/stand for extended observation periods.
• Valid driver’s license and U.S. Citizenship.
• High school diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct information collection on active cases.
• Document findings using the reporting format and case management system.
• Collaborate with analysts to build case profiles and action reports.
• Liaise with customers during field investigations.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and secure reporting.
• Participate in briefings, debriefings, and training to refine methods.
