Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is seeking an Experienced Field Investigator to conduct surveillance and gather evidence on potentially fraudulent insurance claims. You will perform stationary and mobile surveillance, obtain video and photographic evidence, and prepare thorough reports for clients.

Responsibilities include case preparation, field surveillance, report writing, documentation, and ongoing communication with the field supervisor.

Qualifications

• Covert surveillance experience and video capture.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Reliable private vehicle (preferably tinted windows).
• Access to handheld camcorder and covert camera device.
• Reliable laptop, cell phone and internet for admin tasks.
• Active Private Investigator license or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Case Preparation: Review preliminary reports and case information.
• Field Surveillance: Conduct covert surveillance and capture high-quality video evidence.
• Report Writing: Draft detailed, court-ready investigative reports.
• Documentation: Finalize case files and upload video footage.
• Communication: Coordinate with field supervisor and operations teams.
