Job summary

Circle K is seeking an Inventory Associate to support counts across multiple locations in Indiana. The role requires daily travel in a company-provided vehicle to perform scheduled inventory counts, inspect items in cooler and freezer areas, and download scanner data to tally totals.

You will notify store managers of price discrepancies, ensure compliance with operational procedures, and work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Must have High school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist a team audit leader to accurately count and record inventory.
• Travel daily in a company provided vehicle to different locations for counts.
• Scan and count items throughout the store, including Cooler & Freezer areas.
• Download scanner data to store computer to generate inventory totals.
• Notify store managers of price discrepancies and pull out-of-code merchandise.
• Perform surveys to verify compliance with operational and financial procedures.
• Work safely by following procedures, rules and regulations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
