Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a field-based Inventory Specialist to execute US Coronary field inventory strategies and support SOGL and freight goals. You will work with Sales Reps, Clinical Specialists, District Managers and internal teams to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time.

The role requires 2+ years in inventory management within a regulated environment, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and willingness to travel locally 25–50% with occasional overnight

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in inventory or supply chain.
• Ability to travel overnight on short notice as needed.
• Experience with inventory management in a regulated environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, Salesforce or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute US Coronary field inventory strategies and initiatives.
• Reposition inventory for emergent case needs and manage cycle counts.
• Collaborate with field teams and internal stakeholders to ensure correct products at the right place.
• Support consignment inventory at customer accounts and assist with training.
• Travel locally 25–50% and participate in process improvements.
