Job summary

WAVSYS is seeking a Field Integrator to perform on-site commissioning, hardware integration, and troubleshooting for T-Mobile 4G/5G upgrades. You will work nights, coordinate with remote engineers, and ensure seamless migration of legacy systems to Ericsson platforms.

The role requires 3+ years in field telecoms, expertise with EEM/CLI/MOSHELL, and the ability to manage multi-frequency activations across L600–N41/N71 bands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on field engineering in telecommunications.
• Experience supporting 4G/5G upgrade projects and cabinet consolidation.
• Strong knowledge of interfaces, bands, and carrier activations.

Responsibilities

• Execute on-site software loading, node commissioning, and integration using EEM/CLI.
• Provision and integrate Ericsson Baseband units and transition from legacy systems.
• Perform carrier adds across 4G/5G bands and verify zero alarms post‑integration.
• Troubleshoot physical interfaces, CPRI/optical links, and script execution during maintenance.
• Coordinate with remote Switch/RAN engineers for pre-validations and checkout.
