Job summary

Information Providers, Inc. is seeking a part-time 1099 Insurance Property Inspector in Logan, UT. The role is field-based with flexible hours and requires travel within the assigned territory.

You will perform on-site inspections, capture photographs, and prepare underwriting surveys to support risk assessment. No degree is required; must pass a background check and demonstrate reliability, self-motivation, and good communication.

Qualifications

• Background in insurance inspections, real estate/property appraisal, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and reporting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of homes and businesses, capture photos, and document key features for underwriting decisions.
• Assemble thorough underwriting survey reports from field data.
• Dispatch daily from home with no central office reporting; manage schedule and workload.
• Travel across assigned territory and adapt to field conditions.
