Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout your assigned territory.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule and workload.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate measurement, documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of homes and businesses, capturing photos and documenting key features for underwriting decisions.
• Identify hazards or concerns and gather accurate data to support risk evaluation.
• Compile thorough underwriting survey reports and submit reports from a home office.
• Dispatch daily from home with flexible weekday hours (7 AM–4 PM, 8 AM–5 PM, or 9 AM–5 PM).
