Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell auto, home, life, small commercial auto, and related insurance products with a consultative approach.
• Build and maintain a book of business through referrals, networking, and community engagement.
• Identify prospects using established lead methods and outreach.
• Document customer interactions and handle sensitive information with integrity.
• Use insurance sales tech and CRM tools to deliver tailored solutions.
• Participate in training, coaching, and performance incentives to improve results.
