Backed by Liberty Mutual, we provide hands-on training, resources, and team support; no prior insurance experience required. This is a full-time, field-based role requiring travel within the local community to meet

Qualifications

Strong communicator able to explain options clearly.
Comfortable using technology and sales software.
Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

Sell auto, home, life, small commercial auto, and related insurance products.
Build and maintain a book of business through referrals, networking, and community engagement.
Identify prospective customers using established lead methodologies and outreach.
Accurately document customer interactions and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Use insurance sales technology and multi-carrier platforms to deliver tailored solutions.
Participate in training, coaching, and performance incentives.
