This role involves providing installation services for electronic security systems, ensuring all work complies with standards, contracts, laws, and regulations, while meeting targets for revenue, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction. NOTE: THIS POSITION REQUIRES 100% TRAVEL WITHIN AND OUTSIDE THE PRIMARY REGION. The ideal candidate is eager to learn installation and maintenance of various technologies, systems, and devices related to electronic security.

Responsibilities

Major Job Activities:

• Conduct inventory of materials
• Cut, bend, and install conduit
• Demonstrate system use and provide basic user instructions to customers
• Diagnose and resolve alarm system and network issues
• Enter data into documents, systems, and platforms
• Install low voltage cabling and wiring
• Mount electronic security devices on various surfaces
• Connect devices to security panels
• Program security systems using software at the head end
• Perform project closeout activities, including testing, documentation, data entry, and red-lining design drawings to reflect the 'As Built' condition
• Provide status updates to internal and external customers
• Perform other duties as assigned

Material & Equipment Used:

• Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Follow safety procedures per company, project, customer, and OSHA standards
• Basic computer skills: MS Office (Outlook, Excel), Adobe, Vizio, TeamViewer, TerraTerm
• Basic typing skills for data accuracy in documents, emails, and reports

Working Environment:

• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Willing to travel 100% within and outside the primary region

Physical Activities:

• Lift up to 50 lbs. and maneuver up to 100 lbs.
• Work at heights up to 50 ft., using ladders or lifts
