Job summary

Kitchen Solvers of Jacksonville is seeking an Installer Assistant to support installation crews at customers' homes or worksites in Jacksonville, FL. The role will involve assisting Installers, Lead Installers, and Carpenters to complete the scope of work safely, promptly, and professionally while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include handling tools and materials, site cleanup, equipment security, and basic demolition tasks as directed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong planning and multitasking abilities.
• Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Installers, Lead Installers, and Carpenters to complete the scope of work.
• Roll out and put away tools, cords, and materials daily on each work site.
• Clean up and maintain tools and equipment; manage debris at the site.
• Secure and lock up tools, equipment, and site at the end of the workday.
• Assist with basic demolition and setting up temporary facilities as directed by the Foreman/Owner.
• Keep storage areas and shop clean and organized as instructed by Foreman.
• Identify potential issues and inform the Installer or Carpenter to avoid delays.
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused work environment and meet the scope of work.
