Job summary

Lux Foundation Solutions is seeking a Foundation Crew Member to join our team on local projects. You will assist in foundation repair and structural installation, using hand tools and power tools under the guidance of the crew leader, while helping keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.

You will perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs, and work outdoors in varying weather and crawlspaces. We value dependable team players who show up on time and take pride in doing things right the

Requirements

• Reliable transportation

Compensation

• Pay is performance based with ability to complete tasks and projects
• Based on Experience/ Ability per our published pay scale
