Job summary

Sage Integration Holdings LLC is looking for a Field Installation Manager in Kent, OH to lead and develop installation teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution. This role partners with PMO and Service Operations to optimize staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.

The position emphasizes labor utilization, workforce readiness, and margin improvement across installation operations, requiring strong leadership and oversight of field teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the electronic security industry performing installations.
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience managing direct reports within installation or field operations environments.
• Strong understanding of security system installation practices, project execution, and field operations.
• Experience managing workforce schedules, labor utilization, and field productivity.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, mentor, and develop technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage all Systems Engineers, Lead Installers, Installation Technicians, and Installation Support Personnel.
• Develop and maintain technical training programs to improve installation quality, efficiency, and professional growth.
• Monitor technician utilization to ensure efficient deployment of labor resources.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to align labor resources with project requirements and deadlines.
• Oversee onboarding and field integration processes for new installation personnel.
• Promote a safety-first culture through training, audits, and accountability measures.
