AT&T in Michigan locations seeks Installation Technician to install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customers' homes and small businesses. You'll be a trusted expert delivering best-in-class service.

This role offers extensive training, a 40-hour week, and a path for growth; candidates must have a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 60 lbs and work evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Schedule includes evenings and weekends.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Lift/move up to 60 lbs; ladders weigh 50-60 lbs.
• Ladder safety requires workers under 325 lbs.
• Occasionally work in small spaces or aloft (up to 28 ft).
• Overtime, emergency callouts and holiday work required.
• Identify wire and cable colors.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Install the latest technology for high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customer sites.
• Work independently at customers' homes and businesses as a trusted expert.
• Meet new people daily and solve problems while delivering great service.
• Activating and provisioning services for customers during installation.
