Job summary

MayTec Inc. is seeking a Field Installation Tech to assemble and disassemble products at customer locations and oversee contracted labor. The role includes up to 50% travel with per‑diems and potential overtime while on assignments. When not traveling, you will support production at the home office and assist with lifting tasks up to 50 lbs.

The position emphasizes hands‑on mechanical work, teamwork, and clear customer communication in a fast‑paced environment.

Field Installation Tech

If you are mechanically-inclined and have experience building and assembling large scale products, our opportunities might be right for you!

In this role, you will assemble/disassemble products at our customer locations. Similar to the assembler role in terms of mechanical proficiency, our Field Tech builds large laser welding enclosure booths at customer locations. It is a hands‑on role that includes directing the work of contracted labor while being the customer's point of contact. Travel up to 50% of the time with company reimbursement of necessary expenses and paid per‑diems. Longer hours when on the road lend themselves to potential overtime earnings. When not at a customer location, our Tech will provide Production support at their home office location. This position also requires the ability to lift 50 lbs.
