ActionLink Installation Team in Metairie, LA is seeking a hands-on Technician Team Leader to guide retail installations, merchandising projects, and display builds from start to finish. This role blends technical know-how with strong leadership to ensure safety and quality on every on-site project.

You will direct on-site teams or work solo, coordinate with store leadership and clients, report progress, and help resolve issues to achieve on-time completion.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience coordinating and motivating teams.
• Experience in retail merchandising, fixture installation, display assembly, or light construction.
• Ability to interpret planograms and installation guides.

Responsibilities

• Conduct retail installations, merchandising projects, and display builds from start to finish as a project lead or solo representative.
• Direct onsite teams to ensure project quality, safety and completion within established timelines.
• Communicate project status, resolve issues, and support successful client outcomes.
• Build positive relationships with store leadership, clients and team members.
