Job summary

SuperHero Fire Protection LLC is seeking a Fire Alarm Foreman to lead installation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems in commercial and residential settings. You will supervise crews, ensure safety protocols, and deliver projects on schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of sprinkler/fire protection installation experience, a valid driver’s license, and NICET or relevant certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• U.S. Work Authorization is required.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
• Reference checks may be conducted.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / electronic blueprint systems).
• Basic math skills and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently, independently or in a team.
• Must have a good driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lift at least 50 pounds.
• Climb ladders and perform physical tasks.
• Drive to job sites and work at various locations.
• Submit written job progress reports for assigned projects.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
• Read and interpret construction blueprints and diagrams.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Properly maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools.
• Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings.
• Install, assemble, and trim fire protection systems.
