Job summary

PJ Fitzpatrick is seeking a production manager with a strong background in exterior remodeling to oversee installation projects for roofing, siding, windows and doors. This role requires hands-on experience with measuring, scheduling, and coordinating diverse trade activities in a fast-paced residential setting.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in construction, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction experience required.
• Experience with home remodeling projects preferred.
• Knowledge of roofing, siding, windows, doors and gutter installation.

Responsibilities

• Review job packet for completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor production timelines and communicate discrepancies to Sales/Production teams.
• Verify materials and quantities with customers.
• Coordinate change orders and material ordering.
• Arrange permits as needed and ensure project documentation is complete.
• Secure final payment and customer satisfaction at project completion.
• Coordinate punch list items and ensure post-installation follow-up.

Job Summary:

A production position responsible for all management aspects of the installation project while staying within monthly production and financial goals.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Review job packet for completeness
• Review production time sold/allowed according to contract and production rates, communicate any discrepancies with Sales Manager and Production Manager to coordinate a resolution.
• Review and verify materials to be ordered, confirm specifics with customer.
• Manage and coordinate change orders
• Coordinate material ordering with Purchasing Agent
• Procure any necessary permits
• Ensure customer completes the satisfaction/completion checklist upon completion of project.
• Ensure customers are 100% satisfied with the project upon completion.
• Ensure final balance has been collected upon completion.
• Coordinate any punch list items.
