Job summary

Global Finishing Solutions in Wisconsin is seeking a Field Installation Supervisor to lead crews at customer sites nationwide, ensuring installations are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards. This hands-on leadership role travels extensively, typically 40 to 42 weeks per year, supporting installation projects at customer locations.

You will coordinate with customers and GFS teams, tackle challenges as they arise, and drive projects from field installation

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of construction experience with installation practices.
  • 1–2 years of leadership experience in field settings.
  • Strong knowledge of construction site safety rules and regulations.
  • Hands-on mindset, able to work alongside the crew to complete installation work.
  • Problem solving skills to keep projects moving and on track.
  • Effective communication with customers, contractors, field employees, and GFS teams.
  • Ability to put together bid packages and communicate technical information with contractors.
  • Travel 40–42 weeks per year to support installation projects at customer sites.

  • Maintain a safe jobsite by reinforcing company policies, construction safety requirements, and safe work practices
  • Inspect work throughout the installation process to ensure finished projects meet GFS quality standards
  • Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and internal teams through clear and professional communication
  • Look for opportunities to improve crew efficiency, working conditions, equipment use, and installation processes
  • Take pride in leading projects from the field and delivering installations the crew, GFS, and our customers can stand behind

Job description

Lead the Crew. Build the Vision.

As a Field Installation Supervisor, you'll lead the crews that bring GFS projects to life at customer sites across the country. You'll work alongside installers and subcontractors to ensure each installation is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the high quality standards our customers expect.

This is a hands on leadership role for someone who enjoys being in the field, solving problems, and keeping a crew moving in the right direction. This position travels extensively, typically 40 to 42 weeks throughout the year, supporting installation projects at customer locations.

You'll coordinate with customers and GFS teams, tackle challenges as they arise, and see projects through from installation to completion. Transparent Rewards

At GFS, we recognize the dedication behind every role and ensure that our compensation reflects both your impact and our shared success.

Pay Range: $78,724 - $99,100 per year, based on your experience, skills, and qualifications.

Bonus Eligibility: This position is eligible for an annual individual incentive based on company performance. Maximum bonus amounts may vary depending on role.

Benefits: Eligible for standard company benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with company match, paid time off, and other employee programs. More detailed information is available at 2026 GFS Benefits.

Actual compensation will be determined by factors including experience, education, certifications, skill level, and market conditions. For remote or hybrid positions, the listed pay range applies to applicants in the specified location.
