Job summary

Simon Hegele Healthcare Solutions is hiring a Field Installation Team Scheduler/Dispatcher in Illinois to develop and optimize weekly installation schedules for field teams. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field.
Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
Two+ years of experience in field dispatch, logistics coordination, scheduling, or related operational role.
Experience coordinating personnel/resources across multiple geographic locations preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, dispatch platforms, workforce management systems, ERP systems, and other operational software.

Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, and publish weekly work schedules for field installation teams.
Analyze installer availability, qualifications, location, and workload to optimize utilization.
Assign installation teams based on OEM certifications, qualifications, experience, and location.
Coordinate installer travel and routing to balance operational needs and commitments.
Coordinate installation schedules with equipment delivery, site readiness, and customer requirements.
Monitor schedules and proactively address conflicts, absences, and constraints.
Communicate work assignments and schedule changes to teams and stakeholders.
Escalate scheduling conflicts and resource shortages to management.
